The DCS 1200 is a high- speed drawtexturing machine for the
production of textured yarns using
supply yarns of any level of orientation in polyamide or polyester in a range to 220 decitex. The DCS
1200 A is designed to operate at throughput speeds of up to 1200 meters/ minute using the Rieter- Scragg
“ positroq 2A” Twisting unit. The DCS 1200 A has the particular advantage of havineg on optional
sequential (outdraw) zone to allow the processing of totality undrawn polyamide. Control system is with an
advanced microprocessor based system- INTROL who operating with all communication via VDU through
five menu driven keys and numnerical key pad to control the switching of all power circuits, heater
temperatures, traverse speed, traverse disturbans, oiling roller speed etc.
