IS HAVING THE SPECIFICATIONS OF LEROY SOMMER BRAND LSA 56 BUL 85-4P CODED 1.500 RPM ALTERNATOR WITH 0,8 COFFICIENT AND 6.800 KVA.

TURBINE RUN SYSTEM
SYSTEM IS GIVING START TO THE TURBINE WITH A LEROY SOMMER BRAND 90 KWH DRIVEN 410 BAR 125 c3/rar HYDRAULIC PUMP.

GAS BURNING SYSTEM
THE GAS INLET DOES HAVE A 10MICRON FILTER AND THE PILOT AIR IS FILTERED TROUGH A 100MICRON FILTER WHICH IS PLACED TO THE INLET OF COMPRESSOR AIR. 12 PIECES GAS INJECTOR IS USED.

LUBRICATION SYSTEM
FIRST LUBRICATION IS DONE BY A DC MOTOR DRIVEN UNIT WITH A VOLUME OF 6,3 M3/MIN. MAIN PUMP IS A TWO STAGE PUMP. IN ORDER TO HEAT THE OIL A 4,5 KW HEATER IS USED. A HEAT EXCHANGER AND 2 PIECES STEAM SEPERATOR IS EXCIST. THE OIL FILTER IS 10MICRON. THE COOLING IS DONE BY A AIR COOLING HEAT EXCHANGER WHICH HAS BEEN DESIGNED FOR 55 °C.

BURNING AIR FILTER SYSTEM
TWO PIECES F06 CLASS FILTER IS USED.

1-CONTROL SYSTEM
THE CONTROL IS DONE OVER A PC. AT A WORST SENARIO THE SYSTEM IS BEING SHUTDWON BY A S5 PLC WHICH IS CONNECTED TO THE FIELDSBUS WHICH THE PC IS CONNECTED AS WELL. THE TURBINE SET CONTROL IS DONE OVER A TFT DISPLAY CONNECTED TO THE PC WHICH IS CONSIST IN THE TURBINE PACKAGE. THE SET CAN BE VISUALIZED AND CONTROLLED FROM A FAR PC CONNECTED TO THE SAME ETHERNET LINE. THE END
